12. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

Where a duplicate payment for the same order is verified, the additional amount will be refunded to the applicable payment method.

Banking and payment-gateway processing timelines may apply after a refund is initiated.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, dispatch, tracking, delivery charges, estimated timelines and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

An order may be cancelled only if it has not been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

15. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Due to the consumable, personal-use and hygiene-sensitive nature of UNEO products, general returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery.

Eligible claims relating to damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, expired, missing or incorrect products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Promotional Offers and Coupons
